Flashcards

Vortmaro provides a unique flashcard experience, designed to help with learning words from the context in which they are discovered.

To use flashcards in Vortmaro:

1. Install the Vortmaro browser add-on for Firefox.
2. Activate the add-on in a browser tab and visit a German^* web page.
3. Click on a word in the text to see its dictionary/encyclopaedia definition(s).
4. Choose the most relevant definition, and click the button to use it to make flashcards.
5. Visit the Vortmaro flashcards test page to test your recall of the words discovered.
